Carolyn Block, MPT
Carolyn received a Bachelor of Science in psychology at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She worked in the West Ada School District for 12 years serving a wide variety of children with special needs before coming to IPTC. Carolyn loves kids, and particularly enjoys working with neurologically involved patients. She began volunteering with children with special needs at the age of 14 when she served as a camp counselor for a young girl with Muscular Dystrophy, and participated for several years with the Idaho Youth Wheelchair Sports Camp. With her own children born prematurely, she has always wanted to work in pediatrics. Carolyn lives in Eagle with her husband, Adam and their 2 beloved Labrador Retrievers. They recently became “empty nesters” as their 3 daughters (20 year old twins, Rachel and Alison, and 18 year old Camille) are currently attending college.
